Casa Principal is home to many incredible beings, among them magnificent hummingbirds, birds of all sizes and shapes, insects, and mammals living harmoniously on this land. It is outside the concrete jungle, away from the rush, stress, and pollution, ready to welcome weary travelers looking for a home away from home. We are open to receiving all those who seek to live a unique experience, an experience of rest, of deep healing focused on physical and spiritual well-being.

Viga Vieja is a place focused on wellness and relaxation with an entirely different tourist philosophy. Therefore, we remind you that we are a Guest House, not a Hotel. Although we do not have room service (except for the daily cleaning of the rooms), we are always there to answer your questions and solve your problems.

Each room has wifi access, electric showers with hot spring water, a small refrigerator, kitchenware, and a private bathroom. El Balcón and El Jardín rooms have a small kitchenette, providing more privacy to the accommodation. In addition, we provide a coffee station for the duration of your stay.

We are in an area of rest and disconnection. For this reason, parties, bringing people from outside the lodging, or playing loud music are not allowed.

Persons other than guests, such as companions, friends or acquaintances, are not allowed on the premises.

For our guests, we offer different Wellness Experiences: Yoga, meditation, Rituals, Art Workshops, and much more (subject to availability).

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

• In case of a No-Show, the total amount of the accommodation will be charged without the right to reimbursement or rescheduling of dates.

• Total Charge if canceled within seven days of arrival

• Any change of check-in or check-out date must be requested eight days in advance without a penalty.

 

PAYMENTS - PRICES

Room rates are subject to the season of the year and days of the week; please keep this in mind when making your reservation.

Viga Vieja is a company committed to the timely payment of each of its collaborators. For this reason, we ask our customers to make the advance payment of 50% no later than one week before the arrival of their reservations to block and confirm their reservations.

 

TO GUARANTEE THE RESERVATION, YOU MUST SEND VIGA VIEJA THE SUPPORT OF PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT OF 50% FOR THE ROOM. IT IS THEN BLOCKED IMMEDIATELY. THE REMAINING 50% IS TO BE PAID AT CHECK-IN.

 

We receive payments in cash or transfers via Bancolombia, Davivienda and Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Coodensa credit cards.

 

PETS

We love pets; however, they're not allowed as our farm dogs could pose risks to other animals.

CHILDREN

• In the case of children under 12 years of age, please inform us in advance to verify whether or not there is availability in the room, according to the wellness experience.

• All children under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult who, by legal means, can guarantee their relationship with the minor. In case of being a third party, they must produce a letter signed by both parents authorizing the minor's accompaniment. If a parent is absent, the appearing one must attach a supporting document. Furthermore, in strict compliance with Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, and Law 1336 of 2009 on the prevention of exploitation, pornography, and sexual tourism of minors, Viga Vieja rejects and denounces any suspicious behavior in this sense.
