This beautiful experience unites the practice of Mindfulness and gastronomy to accompany you in savoring the present moment. Its purpose is to merge the culinary art with the practice of Mindfulness to share knowledge and experiences that have a positive impact on the quality of life and well-being of those who practice it.

 

Directed by a Mindfulness Instructor from the MBSR program developed at the U. of Massachusetts Medical Center and Juan Luis Culinary artist with 12 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry.

- Brunch:

- Migas: Crunchy arepa in pieces, beaten eggs with sour cream, hogao (traditionally made with only long green onions and tomatoes), fresh cheese, blistered chilies, coriander.

- French" toast: "English" cream, raspberries, bananas, honey, mint.
